>Mizzle Minutica

A game about researching small worlds

OVERVIEW

In Mizzle Minutica you play as a mage who has made a recent discovery of small pocket realms, the Minutica. These pocket realms can be reached by setting elemental crystals in the Ocularium, a device crafted by the mage to explore these pocket dimensions. Using the Ocularia to jump into these worlds the mage intends to discover all there is to know about them and their elemental properties and record it in a book, the Mizzle Minutica.

GAMEPLAY

The mage puts some combination of ocularia, the elemental focuses, into the Ocularium. Then can enter a Minutica based around that combination.

The pocket world should fit on screen to imply the miniature nature similar to Perplexus puzzles.

The mage will have limited time/health and must return after a time to their world.

The mage will need to make discoveries in these Minutica about how things interact by trying new things and going new places.

Then the mage will take these observations and begin “writing” in the mizzle minutica through a mini game that at the end will unlock more abilities.

The research minigame is a resource management game where you spend pages, ideas, and observations in order to unlock research points in specific Ocularia. Then based on the research points skills are unlocked.
